With an eye on the election less than two week away, Roxanne Cooper’s getting all happy and talking ’bout revolution in her weekly Friday run-down of not-random-at-all YouTube videos.

So go on over to RoxPopuli and have a listen. It’s the usual suspects with a few twists: U2′s Beautiful Day, Tracy Chapman, a cover of Public Enemy’s “Bring the Noise” and a pretty rockin’ Slater-Kinney take on John Foherty’s “Fortunate Son”. Not a bad line-up for anyone hoping for change.

And yeah, we skipped the weekly RoxSpot last week. It was French pop. Yuck.
