San Francisco Supervisor Chis Daly had a big political win last week with the passage of “Real Housing, Real Care,” and the signing of a measure honoring the former flag of the nation of South Vietnam.
Daly was, it seems, the only Supe who knew what he was voting on when it came to the flag. But take a look at the quiet peacefulness of his win — including a few subdued words of praise from the mayor — on the homeless issue.
